The Parc 55 in San Francisco offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and quick service. I really enjoyed the convenient location near Union Square, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, though some aspects felt a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast was nice but on the pricier side, which could be a downside for some guests. Overall, it's a decent choice for a stay.

6.0/10
The hotel is conveniently located near Union Square, which makes it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, but they feel a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. We faced some issues with noise from the street, which affected our sleep. While the dining options were decent, the breakfast credit didn't quite cover what we expected.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but felt a bit dated and lacked soundproofing, making them less comfortable for a good night's sleep.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent, with long wait times at the front desk and some staff needing additional training to meet expectations.
Location
8.0
The hotel is well-situated right by Union Square, making access to transportation and shopping incredibly easy, though the surrounding area has its issues.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited; rather than a complimentary breakfast, we received a small credit which fell short of covering the buffet cost.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were acceptable, but the lack of a pool on-site was inconvenient and overall the amenities felt somewhat outdated.

8.8/10
The Parc 55 is ideally situated for exploring the vibrant heart of San Francisco, with easy access to shopping and entertainment. My room was comfortable and spacious, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were outstanding and genuinely helpful, making my stay memorable. However, parking can be a bit pricey, and the absence of in-room service took away from the luxury experience.

10.0
The service was exceptional, particularly the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, which greatly enhanced my experience.
Location
10.0
Located right near Union Square and the BART station, I found it incredibly convenient for getting around the city.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were plentiful nearby, but the hotel itself didn't offer room service, which would have added more convenience.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had modern public spaces, although I would have loved more facilities such as a pool on-site.

7.4/10
This hotel offers a fantastic location right near Union Square, making it easy to explore the city, with clean and comfortable rooms enhancing the overall experience. While the service is generally attentive, the dining options, particularly the breakfast prices, can be a bit on the high side. Overall, it's a great place for a city getaway, though some improvements could make the experience even better.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were functional and modern, although they could use a little more attention to detail, like better signage for amenities such as the refrigerator.
Service
7.0
The service was attentive, especially from certain staff, but there were moments where it felt lacking, particularly with communication over charges.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located just steps from Union Square, surrounded by shops and restaurants, although the busy street atmosphere can feel a bit overwhelming at times.
Dining
6.0
Dining at the hotel can be quite pricey, with buffet options that seem a bit steep for what is offered.
Facilities
7.0
While the facilities were nice, they could benefit from more amenities like a pool or spa to elevate the luxury experience.

6.4/10
I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. Our reservation for six beds was not honored, leaving us squeezed into cramped sleeping arrangements. The location near Union Square is great, but the noise outside can be quite disruptive. While the staff at the bar were friendly, the check-in experience was far from pleasant with inadequate assistance from reception.
Rooms
5.0
We were offered a junior suite that felt overwhelmingly cramped for four people. The furnishings were disappointing and in need of updating.
Service
5.0
The service received at reception was lacking. There was a clear disconnect when addressing our concerns about the room situation.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near Union Square, making it easy to access local attractions, although the noise levels, particularly from traffic and construction, made it less enjoyable.
Dining
7.0
The on-site dining options were decent, and the bar service was positive and accommodating.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities appear to be in need of some serious updates, especially given other Hilton properties I've stayed at. The public spaces felt dated.
